Booking Policy

Inquiry & Response

Submitting a booking inquiry through our website begins the process. KS1 Media will reach out within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss your session details.

Confirmation Requirement

A session is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment is received and the booking is approved in writing by KS1 Media. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and is applied toward the total session fee.

Session Details

All session details including date, time, location, duration, and deliverables will be confirmed in the signed agreement or invoice prior to the session.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in advance. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for specific timelines and any applicable fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. For event photography, clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and notifying KS1 Media of any access requirements or restrictions in advance.
