Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your session, please notify KS1 Media as soon as possible. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a rescheduled session or partial refund of the deposit, subject to the terms in your signed agreement.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your session date and compensate for time reserved. In certain circumstances, deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled session at KS1 Media's discretion.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and subject to availability. Please contact KS1 Media as early as possible to arrange an alternative date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation by KS1 Media

In the unlikely event that KS1 Media must cancel a confirmed session, clients will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Control

For outdoor sessions, KS1 Media will work with clients to reschedule in the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond either party's control. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

If a client does not appear for a confirmed session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited and the session is considered cancelled. Rebooking will require a new deposit.
