Services
KS1 Media provides professional photography services including portrait, event, graduation, and personal branding photography. Services are provided as described in the signed agreement or invoice.
Booking & Confirmation
A session is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment is received and the booking is approved in writing by KS1 Media. Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability.
Rates
Photography services start at $250/hour. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed agreement or invoice. Rates are subject to change; any changes will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to request photography of all subjects. For events, clients are responsible for notifying guests that photography may occur and for obtaining any required permissions for private venues, minors, performers, speakers, or restricted areas.
Delivery
Final delivery timeline, number of edited images, and usage rights are confirmed in the signed agreement or invoice. KS1 Media will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
Limitation of Liability
KS1 Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. KS1 Media is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including equipment failure, weather, or venue restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Riverside County, California.
